Hi, I’m Julia — the diver, traveler, and dreamer behind Jules Scuba Adventures & Saltwater Soul.
I grew up far from the ocean, near Frankfurt am Main in Germany, but every time I dived beneath the waves, I felt more at home than anywhere else.
What started as a vacation hobby turned into a full-on life shift — from a career in supply chain management to training as a Divemaster and exploring the underwater world full-time.
Through Saltwater Soul Adventures, I want to show that it’s never too late to change direction, chase saltwater dreams, and live life with purpose and curiosity.

In august 2026, I’m starting my biggest adventure yet — a six-month backpacking and dive trip through Mozambique and beyond.
I’ll be completing my PADI Instructor training, exploring coral reefs, and learning more about marine conservation.
